Service User – any natural person who gains access to the Service and uses the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website.
The Regulations define the principles of operation and use of the Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
The subject of the Service Provider's services is providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Users to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms.
Any potential content, articles and information containing features of tips or advice published on the Service are only a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Service Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Users.
The Service User takes full responsibility for the manner of using materials made available within the Service, including for using them in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
The Service Provider provides no guarantee as to the usefulness of materials placed in the Service.
The Service Provider is not liable for any damages suffered by Service Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks related to using the Service, and in particular to using and utilizing information posted in the Service, are borne by the Service User using the Service's services.
Using the Service by each Service User is free and voluntary.
Service Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept all its provisions in order to continue using the Service.
Service Users may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.

In order to ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Users and other Service Users using the Service, all Service Users using the Service should follow generally accepted network security principles.
The following actions performed personally by Service Users or using software are prohibited:
without written consent, decompilation and source code analysis,
without written consent, causing excessive server load,
without written consent, attempts to detect security vulnerabilities in the Service and server configuration,
attempting to upload or inject code, scripts and software that could damage the Service software, other Service Users or the Service Provider,
attempting to upload or inject code, scripts and software that could track or steal data from Service Users or the Service Provider,
undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the realization of the purpose for which the Service operates.
In case of detection of occurrence or potential possibility of occurrence of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem/threat and secure the interests of all Service Users.
Service Users can use the Service without the need to subscribe to the Newsletter.
Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free.

notifications about new updates, posts, contests, and other promotional activities related to Service services,
notifications about promotional activities of Service partners (Marketing messages),
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
Each Service User subscribed to the Newsletter service has the ability to independently unsubscribe from the Service.
Service Users can do this via a link placed in each sent email message.
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider's database.

In case of contact between the Service User and the Service Provider, Service Users' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Regulations.
In order to properly provide services through the Service, secure the legal interest of the Service Provider and to ensure compliance of the Service operation with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes some data about Users through the Service.
In order to properly provide services, the Service uses and stores some anonymous information about the Service User in cookies files.
The scope, purposes, method and principles of data processing are available in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Regulations.
The owner of the Service and copyrights to the service is the Service Provider.
Some data posted in the Service are protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not related in any way to the Service Provider, and are used based on obtained licenses, or based on free licenses.
Based on the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form and store in search systems, excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photos and all other content, graphic, video or audio materials found in the Service without written consent or consent provided via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
According to the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights, simple press information is not subject to protection, understood as information alone, without commentary and evaluation by its author. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts posted on the service, but not copying entire or parts of articles unless this has been marked in individual material made available in the Service.
All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
Information about changes to the Regulations will be sent via Electronic Communication to Service Users registered in the Service.
In case of changes to the Regulations, its provisions come into effect immediately after its publication for Service Users who do not have an account in the Service.
It is considered that every Service User who continues to use the Service after changing the Regulations accepts it in its entirety.
The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service's services are offered continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties or the activity of external automatic programs.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted in the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need to notify Service Users using the Service's services in advance.
The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially shut down the Service in order to improve it, add services or perform maintenance, without prior notice to Service Users.
The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently shut down the Service without prior notice to Service Users.
The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in part or in whole all its rights and obligations related to the Service, without consent and the possibility of expressing any objections by Service Users.
